terms and conditions black (a)

For Private Events

Upon submission of the events planning form, Ceres Team will prepare and share a detailed cost proposal for your planned event.

To confirm the booking and begin preparations, the guest is required to pay 50% of the total agreed cost upon acceptance of the proposal.

This advance payment includes a refundable safety deposit, which will be returned in full after the event, provided that all equipment, tableware, tools, and any additional elements supplied by Ceres are returned in proper condition.

The remaining 50% balance is due one day prior to the event.

All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Ceres Bistro TBC business account.

Any additional requests, changes, or services requested after this agreement is confirmed may result in additional charges, which will be communicated separately and agreed upon before being applied.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 7 days in advance — we will do our best to accommodate your new date, and any payments made can be applied to the rescheduled event.

If a cancellation is necessary, the advance payment helps cover preparations and reserved time. We’ll work with you to find the fairest solution whenever possible.

For changes made less than 7 days before the event, additional charges may apply to cover commitments already made. Any adjustments are confirmed once agreed in writing by both parties.

Legal Acknowledgment

By submitting this event planning form and proceeding with the booking, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions shown here. This agreement constitutes a binding service contract, governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Georgia and all other applicable laws of the Republic of Georgia.
